FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION ARE DANGEROUS and their misuse will result in SEVERE INJURY and/or DEATH. Never handle a firearm or ammunition without first receiving expert training and supervision.

  • US Marksmanship is NOT affiliated in any way with the US Government, any branch of the US Department of Defense or any National Shooting Program.
  • Only persons who are legally authorized to purchase a firearm are eligible to train at US Marksmanship (USM).
  • Only persons who can truthfully answer NO to questions 21b – 21n on ATF Form 4473, are eligible to train at US Marksmanship.
  • US Law [18 U.S.C. 922(g)(5)(B) and 922(y)(2); 27 CFR 478.11 and 478.32] restricts the training of some foreign nationals.
  • US Government sanctions prohibit training of certain foreign nationals. These sanctions are administered and enforced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

  • USM WILL NOT TRAIN MINOR AGED CHILDREN without a parent or legal guardian being present.
  • USM WILL NOT TRAIN an INDIVIDUAL FEMALE STUDENT when she is the only student in the class (one instructor and one student). That student MUST be accompanied by a third party observer. If the female student is not able to provide an observer, then training may be delayed until USM can provide the required observer.
  • Students who train at US Marksmanship are responsible for their own conduct.
  • Any injuries or death that are the result of negligence on the part of the student shall be the student’s responsibility.
  • US Marksmanship will not be responsible for injuries or death caused by a student’s irresponsible behavior.
  • All students will be required to read, understand and sign a waiver of liability prior to receiving any training. A copy of the waiver is available at the bottom of this page.

    • Privacy

    US Marksmanship (USM) DOES NOT collect or maintain any information about its students other than information associated with registering for a class.

    After a class is complete, USM MAINTAINS the student’s name along with the name and date of the class. That information is used to maintain an internal attendance record and for tax purposes only.

    USM does not sell, loan, lease or give student information to any entity.

    Cookies

    USMARKSMANSHIP.COM uses only THREE COOKIES:
    An Age Verification Cookie is used so that users don’t see the annoying age question on every page.

    A Login Cookie for the password protected BASC pages. It carries user information forward through each step of the process. That way users don’t have to re-enter their information multiple times.

    A Session Cookie is used during the checkout and payment process. It carries user information forward through each step of the process. That way users don’t have to re-enter their information multiple times.

    It is possible that PayPal uses other cookies during the payment process, but that is beyond the control of USM and, if collected, none of that data is shared with USM.

    Waiver Of Liability

ALL STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO READ, UNDERSTAND AND SIGN THE FOLLOWING LIABILITY WAIVER.
